Where we ship

We currently ship to Switzerland, Australia and Japan.

Shipping costs

  • Switzerland: CHF 5, free on orders from CHF 45
  • Australia: A$8.90, free on orders from A$79
  • Japan: ¥980, free on orders from ¥8,800

When it ships and arrives

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Parcels are sent tracked from our fulfilment partner in China. Typical delivery times after dispatch are 6–10 business days to Switzerland, 7–15 business days to Australia and 5–8 business days to Japan. We email you a tracking number when your parcel leaves.

Import duties and taxes

  • Switzerland: no customs duty on our products. Orders worth up to about CHF 62 (goods and shipping) are free of import VAT. For larger orders, the carrier may collect 8.1% Swiss VAT and a handling fee on delivery.
  • Australia: orders under A$1,000 are not charged import duty or GST at the border.
  • Japan: personal orders with a customs value up to ¥10,000 are normally free of import taxes. For larger orders, consumption tax may be collected on delivery.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Some remote areas and outlying islands can take longer; if your address needs a different carrier, we'll contact you by email before sending.
