Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases on woollyhollow.com. The shop is run by Cubeworks Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (business registration no. 81274630), trading as Woolly Hollow.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email; the contract is formed when we send it. If we can't fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency (CHF, AUD or JPY) and are the final item prices. We are not registered for VAT or GST in Switzerland, Australia or Japan, so none is added at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you pay; possible import taxes are explained in our Shipping policy. Payment is taken when you place your order.

The products

Our felt friends are handmade decorations and accessories for adults and older children. They contain small parts and are not toys; keep them away from children under 3 and from pets that like to chew. Small differences from the photos are part of handmade work.

Liability

We are responsible for the products we sell as required by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any consumer rights you have in your country.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
