Delivery times

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days and sent tracked from our fulfilment partner in China. Delivery to Japan then typically takes 5–8 business days, so most parcels arrive 7–13 business days after you order. We email you a tracking number when your parcel leaves.

No import fees on delivery

Your order total plus the shipping shown at checkout is all you pay. If consumption tax or a fee is ever collected on delivery, email the receipt to hello@woollyhollow.com and we refund the full amount.

Returns

You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery; email us first and we send you the return address. If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days and we replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
